I've been trying to do more real cooking lately. Tonight I decided to learn to make sauteed spinach. It turned out pretty well, and now I have a much better idea how much spinach I need to start with. ;-)
At least I think it was spinach. I got a pile of greens for our foster bunnies from the head of our fostering group, and I'm pretty sure one of them was spinach, and I picked out the one that looked the most like spinach. But it's possible I ate a serving of sauteed basil.
I'd like to think I would have noticed the difference, though.
